  • How long does it take for my order to ship?

Order Processing Time:

Most of my goods shall be made on a Pre-Order basis with left-overs being listed as in-stock on this website. If you are not okay with waiting approximately 1 month for your merchandise to be made then we do not recommend placing orders via PO and instead waiting for in-stocks! 

  • Where do you ship from?

I am based in New York, USA. I do not ship internationally unless its via Group Orders hosted by GOMs.

All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail upon default and will be trackable via USPS' website. Should you prefer a different shipping method please reach out to me via email.

  • Can I update / change my shipping address?

As long as your order has not been shipped. Please contact me as soon as you anticipate this happening!

  • Do you accept returns / cancellations / exchanges? 
    • Order Cancellations:

We do not accept any order cancellations once payment is received. 

    • Exchanges:

This is only possible if I sent the wrong order and within 7 days of the packaging showing as delivered. Please have a unboxing video ready should this occur!

    • Damaged Orders / Lost Orders:

All packages will leave me in BRAND NEW condition. I will try our best to pack the goods in a way that is protected while it’s in transit to you.

Unfortunately for any damages that occur due to the postage service we are unable to resend a new product in its place. Likewise, if your package is lost by the postal service the most I would be able to assist would be to help you file a claim in an effort to find it although I personally wish I can do more...
